Lexi’s love for dance began at just three years old in a small ballet studio, where her passion and dedication to the art form quickly took shape. Over the years, she trained with some of the top dance and musical theatre educators in the Seattle area, laying a strong foundation in both performance and technique.

She went on to earn her BA in Communication and Dance from the University of Washington, with a focus on education—combining her talents with a deep commitment to teaching and inspiring the next generation.

With nearly a decade of teaching experience throughout the Pacific Northwest, Lexi brought her lifelong dream alive in 2023 by opening Innovate Performing Arts Center. Her vision: to create a space where dancers of all ages can grow in a positive, safe, and encouraging environment rooted in high-quality training and a love for the arts.

Lexi’s work has earned numerous accolades, including Industry Dance Awards and recognition for choreography, entertainment, and technique at both regional and national competitions. She is proud to lead a studio that not only nurtures talent but also builds confidence, creativity, and community.
